Support
The Support tab is a tool that enables MacroHealth to support customers on the Platform.
It offers the capability of searching up a given claim, seeing the status of the claim and viewing its history. It allows viewing which files were received by a customer previously and at the present time. The Support tab also offers the capability of searching up a file.
