NOA Overview
The MacroHealth NOA allows streamlining and automating the process within the sales cycle. The following page provides details to help get familiarized with the different sections of MacroHealth NOA dashboard.

MacroHealth logo: Brings you back to the landing page.
Optimize tab: Where the Claims Analysis and Network optimization tool is accessed.
Customer Account tiles: Accounts from MacroHealth's Salesforce SFDC instance with at least 1 NOA request, either open or closed.
Question mark icon: Links to the MacroHealth Online Help documentation.
Customer Account Search bar: Allows searching a customer account by name.
Tiles: Displays the Customers Accounts in a tile view.
List: Displays the Customer Accounts in a list view.
Sorting tool: Allows sorting Customer Account by name or owner from A to Z or Z to A.
Arrows: Allows navigating to the Next or Previous page of the Customer Accounts.
Customer Accounts
When clicking on one of the tiles, you will land on the Customer Account page.

Customer Account: The name of the customer for which the account page is open.
Account Owner: The MacroHealth employee who is responsible for the customer account, which is pulled from SFDC.
NOA Requests: The list of the NOA request belonging to the customer account.
NOA Requests: The ID that is generated in SFDC when a NOA request is created for a specific opportunity.
SFDC Opportunity Id: The unique identifier generated for the opportunity when it is created in SFDC.
Opportunity: The name of the opportunity created in SFDC.
Prospect Contact: The name of the person that the data request was sent to when the NOA request was created in SFDC.
Created Date: The date at which the NOA request was created in SFDC.
Status: The status of the NOA request in SFDC. Can be either Close or Open.
Left Side Navigation Menu: Allows bringing you back to the NOA landing page by clicking on Accounts or to access other function within NOA.
Clean Datasets
When clicking on one of theNOA Requests from the list, you will land on the information page for that specific NOA Request.

NOA Request: The ID that is generated in SFDC when a NOA request is created for a specific opportunity.
Account Owner: The MacroHealth employee who is responsible for the customer account, which is pulled from SFDC.
Clean Datasets: The list of the Clean Datasets that were uploaded for that specific NOA Request.
Tip
It is possible to sort the list of datasets by hovering over the column headers and clicking on the dropdown icon. Columns can be sorted from A to Z or Z to A, most recently or least recently created.
Name: The name of the dataset, which was given when adding the dataset.
Created Date: The time the dataset was added in a mm-dd-yyy hh:mm:ss format.
Created By: The name of the person who create who created the dataset.
File(s): The name of the file(s).
Data Source: The category of the dataset that was created (Prospect, Network, Out-of-Network).
Status: the status of the dataset, either unvalidated or ValidatioSucess.
Left Side Navigation Menu: Allows bringing you back to the Customer Account page by clicking on Accounts or to access other functions within NOA.

Details
When clicking on one of the NOA Requests from the list, you have the possibility to view all the information being pulled from the MacroHealth Salesforce (SFDC) instance belonging to the NOA Request.
If information is changed in Salesforce, those changes will be reflected in the NOA tool only the following day since data is being pulled from SFDC and refreshed daily.

NOA Request: The ID that is generated in SFDC when a NOA request is created for a specific opportunity.
Account Owner: The MacroHealth employee who is responsible for the customer account, which is pulled from SFDC.
Details: The account details related to that specific NOA Request.
NOA Request Name: The autogenerated name for a given NOA request that is created in SFDC.
Opportunity: A potential sale or deal. A NOA request is created within an opportunity.
Prospect's Contact: The name of the direct contact (Payer) that would have received the automated data request.
Prospect's Contact Email: The email of the direct contact (Payer) that would have received the automated data request.
Network to Contact: List of potential Networks to participate in the analysis.
Created By: The MacroHealth employee who created the NOA request and when.
Last Modified By: The MacroHealth employee who last edited the NOA request and when.
Ongoing Notes: Any additional notes while being kept tracked in SFDC provided by the Account Owner.
Custom Notes: Any additional notes that do not fall under any of the other categories tracked in SFDC provided by the Account Owner.
Left Side Navigation Menu: Allows bringing you back to the Account page to access other functions within NOA.
Version Information
Allows proving version information for the following:
CatService
CatUI
CatSalesforceAdapter
Which include information on the commit branch and time.
Click the "i" icon in the upper right corner.
The version information will be displayed.
