Clean the dataset of any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI)
Map the dataset to out MH data schema
Validate and transform the dataset to exclude invalid claims and normalize values
Export the dataset in a uniformed output for In-Carrier Networks to reprice
